About Us
Constant Clean is a specialist company in car wash systems with around 50 employees. We work with everything from sales and project planning to service and maintenance. With an environmental focus and service across the country, we deliver high quality and quick responses. With our headquarters in Skogås and staff spread throughout Sweden, we offer the most accessible and knowledgeable customer service in the market.
For our new Call Center where we handle customer inquiries during evenings, nights, and weekends – we are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers with safe and professional service when it is really needed.
Your Role – Support Staff
As a Support Staff member at our Call Center, you are one of our main contacts when customers call outside regular working hours. You greet them with calmness, engagement, and good service. You register cases, answer questions, and guide customers further in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from customers (mainly within car wash systems and treatment plants)
- Troubleshoot and guide the customer step by step through remote – or escalate the case further
- Assist customers with common questions and simpler cases
- Register and follow up on cases in our systems
- Ensure that every customer receives a pleasant and professional greeting
- Collaborate with other staff members in service and operations
- Administration and documentation
Your Workplace
You will work on-site at our Call Center in Skogås.
Working Hours
The support center is staffed around the clock, divided into two/three shifts per day. The position involves weekend work and holiday evenings from 15:30 to 23:30. Additional compensation is provided according to the agreement.
About You
You are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others and has a strong sense of responsibility. You are structured, meticulous, and have an easy time communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a similar role
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Familiarity with working in IT systems and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to work weekends at night
- You hold a driver's license and have access to a car as there is no public transport to the workplace during the weekend.
Meritorious:
- Experience in case management
- Experience from call centers, alarm centers, reception, or service professions
- Interest in technical products or service solutions
